Week 52 of 52 ~Playing in the snow

This is how this sequence went:

Me: Griffin, come here, I want to take a picture of you.
Griffin: (huge sigh)

Me: Can you smile?
Griffin: (another sigh)

And this is what I got. HA!

Me: Hey, turn your head a bit so I can get all the snow on your hat.
Griffin: Here is me gazing off into the future with hope.
Me: LOL!

And did it ever! We got almost 2 feet in one day! It was awesome!

Week 48 of 52 ~ The Big 10

He is now 10! I can't even believe it! Am I even old enough to have a 10 year old?? (Don't answer that!)

Here is our big 10 year old riding some cousins snowmobile...he now wants his own. Yikes!

Week 45 of 52 ~ TobyMac baby!!

We had the great opportunity to go to Target Center, downtown Minneapolis, to attend the TobyMac concert!! It was SO AWESOME! I have never been to a better concert...ever!! Here are a few (not very good) shots of TobyMac!

Oh, by the way, is it just me or have concerts gotten louder these days??? ;)

The concert was opened with Skillet...talk about LOUD...and LOTS of fire (yikes!)!

Chloe and Griffin really enjoyed the concert...and sang along to all the songs!!

Week 41 of 52 ~ And so it begins

So...sickness has hit our household! I am hoping that this isn't setting the tone for the rest of the the colder months to come. Since the kids and I have been sick for most of the week I did not even touch my camera. :(

This is after all the rain we had earlier this week. The neighborhood kids were frog hunting...and they found plenty!

Week 37 of 52 ~ Train ride

We had a great time this past week riding on the Northstar Commuter Rail. Destination: Target Field downtown Minneapolis. Unfortunately there was not a Twins game that day...that is just were the "end of the line" is. It was fun hanging out with my Uncle Marty, on the train and off!
